My wife cheated on me after 27 years of marriage with of all people her HS boyfriend whom she went to the prom with. I know for a fact it was sexual even though she won't admit it. AND... when she said it was over I learned it wasn't. Needless to say I have filed for divorce but do believe there is someone out there for me who will love me. I am so sorry you are going through this, but I'd cut and run. You will ALWAYS have doubts about her. I can tell you from experience that once the trust is broken things are NEVER the same again.

Does it matter what she did? End it. This girl is going to act like she did you a favor by "being honest" and "owning her mistakes" but the fact is that she cheated.

She crossed the line and getting out of the relationship is the right thing to do. It does suck, but it would be even worse if you were married.
