Becoming a billionaire does not allow time for "serious" athletic training. You guys ridicule hobby joggers, but most of you are hobbyists at your professions. Hobbyist assistant receptionists, hobbyist street sweepers, hobbyist doormen, hobbyist loan sharks, hobbyist meter maids, and hobbyist criminals. You have applied yourself to your 100mpw and have only done the minimum needed to gain stability in your crappy career. Meanwhile, the billionaire jogs at 15 minute pace for a call miles, calls it a day, and then forces you around the board like the pawn you are for the other 23.5 hours of the day.
Dumbest post ever, but at the same time so many funny parts to it, like the sample of jobs he selected. Loan sharks?
Serious answer. Wes edens runs about a 19 minute 5k and his daughter is around a 5 flat miler running for Princeton.
I think the Zuck is seriously nipping at Wes' heels at this point; he has youth on his side (Wes isn't getting any younger). Plus who knows where Zuck's fitness is today; has made massive improvements this year going from a 2:03 half to a 5:53 mile. By now he might be pushing 19:00 for the 5k
Nice to see another example of the inflated sense of importance rich people have.

Did zuck really do a 5:53/mile? I ran the SF marathon like a sad hobbyjogger, but my first half split was way better than his 2:05 half (he did the first half this year)
Where are you guys seeing his
It was in a Facebook post he made earlier this year:
Jack Dorsey runs 3 miles a day. Charles Ergen has climbed all of Colorado's 14ers.
Minimum hobby jogger fitness. It's not official unless it's on athlinks, and I can't find any official races that match Jack's age and/or likely location:
Next likely candidates would be David Karp of Tumblr, and the d-bag CEO of Snapchat. They're both younger than Zuck and still have their scrawny frames.
Although I doubt they'll take advantage of that. I'm predicting they'll only start training once they get fat and go through their first divorce.
I know a young man, who I run with sometimes. He is now partner with his father (hedge fund) who is worth a B+. Not worth, but has a B+. The young man has basically taken over the Co. He also ran 15:51 5k recently.
I think Roger Federer is a billionaire, not sure at what point he hit the threshold (probably sometime in his 30s) and I imagine he would have been able to put up respectable times over mid distance.
