Many athletes make millions or even hundreds of millions, but most billionaires are still old and gnomish.
Which billionaire runs fastest at various distances, and how fast? Certified results get priority over anything anecdotal.

Certified: Oprah, 4:29
Current fitness or lifetime bests? The billionaire with the fastest PRs has gotta be Phil Knight, right?
Oh and btw Phil is disqualified for being a cheater. All his past times are stricken.
I say they have to perform after becoming a billionaire, like Oprah up there.
Lance was heading there until he took an abrupt turn for the worse.

It will be a young tech Titan or a prominent Royal. Someone like Peter Thiel about 6/7 years ago. Someone who helped set up Facebook or Snapchat or YouTube or Angry birds. Tiger Woods was rumored to be a billionaire during his divorce and Steve Williams said he was often doing hard 6 mile runs but that was in ancient times.
Eric or Donald Jr. after the president elect hands over his company to his sons.
This guy is Arab royalty and takes his own 747 to triathlon races

I think it should be who has had the best fitness WHILE a billionaire. So if a college athlete runs fast times in college then 20 years later gets fat and becomes a billionaire he cannot count his college times.
I was about to suggest Tiger Woods before his divorce, but I now see that billion dollar figure was lifetime earning before taxes, not his actual worth. How many billionaires actually workout seriously?
LeBron James
His winnings exceeded 1b, do you think he wasn't a billionaire as well? I'm not sure, but would not be surprised if his net worth was over 1b because of real estate appreciation, investments, etc.
Lebron James in not a billionaire as far as has been reported.
Michael Jordan has to be up there, right? Depends on whether the question is fastest over 100m or a mile or a marathon.
Not sure if he is quite a billionaire, but Floyd Mayweather wins if he is.

Zilch. Zero. They're stingy with dinero.
Becoming a billionaire does not allow time for "serious" athletic training. You guys ridicule hobby joggers, but most of you are hobbyists at your professions. Hobbyist assistant receptionists, hobbyist street sweepers, hobbyist doormen, hobbyist loan sharks, hobbyist meter maids, and hobbyist criminals. You have applied yourself to your 100mpw and have only done the minimum needed to gain stability in your crappy career. Meanwhile, the billionaire jogs at 15 minute pace for a call miles, calls it a day, and then forces you around the board like the pawn you are for the other 23.5 hours of the day.
In conclusion, to hell with all of you.
Sami Inkinen may be up there for fastest athlete WHILE very very rich. Not sure if he's quite a billionaire but he's probably close and he's an elite triathlete (Age Group World Champion).

But they're slow. They might be unhealthy billionaires but slow is boring 😴💤💤💤
I think this is a good way of putting your career, as hobbyists. I would rather go through life in phases - first the running phase while career is a hobby, then move onto the career phase when running is a hobby.

Good point. In 2015 Forbes listed his worth at $700 million. Before his divorce in his early 30s he was probably worth a billion.

At 53 years old he is now worth a little over a billion. I think only fitness while a billionaire should be considered. Once he made his billion he was no longer the fit athlete we remember.

Lol, the first person I've seen to write AG champion in his twitter profile. But he's probably at least a millionaire so kudos to him for prioritizing health while doing it!
On that note, we're talking about non-professional athlete billionaires, right? I mean anyone like Lebron, Tiger, Lance, etc, doesn't count.
The Zuck jogs all the time. He's a jogging fool. I bet he's good for a 19:xx 5k. My money's on the Zuck.

Didn't he just recently break 2 hours in a half marathon for the first time? The female Oprah. This can't be the best out there.
"The female Oprah". A couple of things going on there....
