I had a sold workout yesterday .On my 2nd run i noticed pain on my Achilles at the start but it went away.This has been a slight problem for the last few weeks.A little worse this week. I feel a little swelling. I felt good on the workout yesterday (Wednesday).Is there any chance i can race this weekend either Saturday or Sunday ?This is the last weekend before my birthday (i turn 44) and i wanted to run a race.My daughters were coming to watch me.Also what day would be better to race on Saturday or Sunday?Is there anything i can do between now and then?
