This result is completely meaningless without further details.
What was the elevation? Running at 0% or even 1% is really not a big deal. The treadmill offers no wind resistance and so it's MUCH easier to run at a given pace at 0% than it would be to run on a track. Even at 1%, you are still getting an edge that can amount to 5-8" per mile.
I know this because I used to train a lot on treadmills for my tempo runs and intervals when training for marathons. I could bang off 49' 10 milers at 0% and the same effort outside would have been closer to 50:30.
Also, keep in mind that all treadmills are not calibrated correctly, so you have "hard" treadmills and "easy" treadmills. For instance, the mile might actually be 1600m, or the pace could be wonky. An example is an hour run at 6:00 might cover 10.2 miles.
