Actually, to the contrary, I was there with my family in October and I found it to be a pretty diverse place. Lots of foreign languages and skin colors.
But yeah, the fatties on Rascal scooters are out of control. Something needs to be done. They do tend to be American (although fairly representative of our nation's diversity). I didn't see any Europeans or Asians on Rascal scooters.
I did notice that one particular demographic thought it was okay to cut in line, something that I call out frequently when I see it happening. Oddly enough, if you call out line cutting, people tend to just go back to the back of the line. They never get mad or argue. It is weird... So I call it out and it stops.
