I run 70 miles per a week and I have love handles and a thin layer of fat all around my stomach. I don't eat fast food or candy. I only drink water. I was a fat kid then lost 45 pounds. Despite the fat I just ran 15:45 last week. I just want it gone bc I hate how it looks. Please help.

Google is your friend: LCHF

Add sprints and strength training 2 times per week. Eat a little less. Watch the fat disappear.
-
Lift weights. Won't make you faster but will lower bodyfat.

Great job on the weight loss and running time. I have the most success when I eat small meals multiple times a day rather than a couple large meals all at once. You are rarely hungry so you eat fewer calories per day. I eat one piece of toast with pb and jelly in the morning. I then eat every couple hours the rest of the day. I might have a small sandwich or a small entrée. I usually shoot for a couple hundred calories each meal. The meal before I run, I will double that so I have plenty of energy. I probably burn 2500 calories a day. If I want to lose a few lbs to get to racing weight, I cut back to 2000 and lose a lb a week. I try to never get 5 lbs over race weight though. -

If you eat fat you gain fat.
Go high carb low fat vegan. -
You can avoid fast food and candy and still be consuming too many calories.

If you drink beer or any other alcoholic beverages cut them out. It will make a huge difference.

Yups....i cut out my beer habits then like magic weight fell off. I run about 45mpw and lost 20lbs since the beginning of the year without any effort. All i did was not eat garbage food and just kept running. -

+3
I will cut down on my beer consumption a couple months out from target race just to get to a good race weight. It is a lot of calories that you probably just don't realize.
Also remember, some folks just carry body fat differently. Some folks can look lean and cut w/ 6 pack abs at 9% bf but I don't. -

So you changed your diet and gave up drinking. That's not really "magic" and can be tough for a lot of people. Good job, but if it was that easy for everyone there would be no fatties. -

Take it easy. Don't drink wine or beer, and take wheat out of your diet. Eat fat that comes from meat, avoid all vegetable oils, and fry only with coconut oil. We did not evolve with anything in a box. Do not eat anything in a box, and don't freak out. Some people have bigger builds and were meant to be (at the extreme) weightlifters or shot putters, and others were meant to be deer. Deer would be eaten if they werent fast, weightlifters dont have to run because they are the big dogs in the park and do the eating. Dont worry, just have fun. Grass is always greener on the other side of the side but if your were thin you'd be watching the bigger stronger guys with all the girls. Usain Bolt has all the women, he's not thin, and doesnt have to run too far. He's got it all. -

Nonsense. All garbage advice. -
Eat nothing but Cracklin Oat Bran for a week, while running 75 mpw.....Even if you don't lose the love handles, your colon will be clean.

Just because the yogurt is non-fat doesn't mean you can eat all you want.

I agree! To lean out eat like a Kenyan - Mostly high carb vegan. You can eat meat occassionaly but try to stick with 70% carbohydrate from plant sources like rice, potatoes, oats, starch vegetables, beans and fruit.
Plus you'll probably aren't eating enough.
Many folks end up slowing their metabolism down by undereating in comparison to how much they are running.
