Take it easy. Don't drink wine or beer, and take wheat out of your diet. Eat fat that comes from meat, avoid all vegetable oils, and fry only with coconut oil. We did not evolve with anything in a box. Do not eat anything in a box, and don't freak out. Some people have bigger builds and were meant to be (at the extreme) weightlifters or shot putters, and others were meant to be deer. Deer would be eaten if they werent fast, weightlifters dont have to run because they are the big dogs in the park and do the eating. Dont worry, just have fun. Grass is always greener on the other side of the side but if your were thin you'd be watching the bigger stronger guys with all the girls. Usain Bolt has all the women, he's not thin, and doesnt have to run too far. He's got it all.
