The job there is for the Director of Operations job. That's an administrative job.
You plan the travel, recruiting trips, home meets, timing. If you are a coach and have that, your job is so much easier as all you have to do is a) coach and b) make recruiting calls.
The administrative stuff - booking hotels, buses, planes, filling out NCAA compliance forms, setting up all of the heats for our home meets, getting officials etc. - took up A TON of time for me when I was coaching and I only did a tiny portion of it (particularly the meet management stuff).
Sometimes it pays to slow down and read. Thanks!
You are extraordinarily ignorant to refer to Oregon as OU.
Johnson out at OU?
Is this supposed to be a Harambe joke?
