I think the fact that he ran and juggled for 2 hours and 55 minutes without dropping a ball is more impressive than anything.
His time is very close to my PR so it is impressive to me that he can do that while juggling. I can juggle but nothing like that.
As my PR is only 2:54, I'm hugely impressed.

Which was the absolutely pointless part -- running or juggling?
Exactly for many running is like being a rat in a wheel... if the person doing the juggling enjoys it then its his will ,good for him i guess. Haters gonna ---e
Let's see him do it while juggling chain-saws. Then I'll be impressed.
Did he cook, clean and parent at the same time? If not, I'm not impressed.

Nah, since he is making money as a joggler, he isn't at the "hobby" level anymore. Though how he convinced Fairfield Inn to pay him is beyond me. Maybe he has family in the marketing department.
I am impressed with a 2:55 marathon wether or not I happen to be juggling. Did you find you were more more less impressed with the time when you were juggling?
Degree of difficulty is just as good as a top 10 finish. So yes I am impressed.
And its not as useless as some of you think. He may get a sponsor or a reality show out of this.
It's more impressive than anything I've ever done.
I was juggling yesterday and suddenly found myself very impressed by the thought of a 255 marathon. So yes, I am impressed with a 255 marathon while juggling.
This just points out how running is boring. Anything beats running. Even juggling
It's not impressive if it was done without a unicycle.

Is that same the guy? Good for him if it is.
You know a 2:55 marathoner has to be on LR. I want to hear from him and how he got into 'joggling'.

Then Anything should be in jail, next to that other criminal, Hill Clinton. Physical violence is never justified!
Yesterday in Chicago I was viscously attacked by a bunch of marathon runners.
I was able to fend them off by going for the juggler.

I'm surprised you could get to the vein what with them being so sticky.
The mental toughness of this is what's impressive. I have a better PR but can barely keep on pace or do simple math at that pace let alone never drop a ball.
How bad would this throw off your gait, anyways? I imagine a sore lower back.
