Let's here the Bekele predictions.
I'd love to see him contend for the win but don't think it will happen.
But he says he ran London 80/90% and did well there.

I predicted a world record for him in another thread. He has to at least win. It's really now or never, ok he has Dubai or London, if he is to be the current best Ethiopian. He has to win to prove he should have been on the Olympic team. If even one Kenyan beats him, the Ethiopian Olympic selectors can say they're justified and he might not even get a slot at worlds next summer.

I am fascinated by what he did in London, and how he did it (WR through 30k) with much less than ideal prep.
He said he is not ready to go sub 2:04 yet. I call that BS!!! He is playing his cards close to his chest. Obviously the training since London has gone well. He can win this.

This was my thinking as well. I feel like with many of these marathoners, who race infrequently in their build-up so there is no real gauge of their fitness outside of what they say pre-race, there are two strategies. 1 - come in with "I'm in great/PR/WR shape"; or 2 - downplay fitness and hope to surprise everyone.
In this case, as a Bekele fan, I hope it's #2. But even if he is being honest and is "just" at 80%, it should still be a special race. 80% for KB is a level so few people are on at 100%.
agreed. KB for the win in 2:03.58 with Kipsang a few strides behind.
Mutai fades 2:05.55. Mark Kiptoo sets a new Master's record in 2:06.35.

What is the world record bonus for Masters'?
Who are the Top Americans in the race? Is there a list somewhere?

Refer to OP's above.
Prediction:
1. Bekele 2:05:10
4. Kipsang 2:06:10
6. Mutai 2:07:10
Storyline: Bekele hangs back!--10 to 30 seconds off the pace from 8k-25k. Looks like a tactical genius when he wins with splits of 62:10/63:00.
Mutai grimacing and holding his back during warmup! DNF
56 degrees, increasing to 62, east wind 5-7 mph.
