hello eveybody,
first of all,
thanks to anyone who is taking the time to read this
I know there are more than a few threads on this same topic, and I went through them,
I just feel like most of them do not come to any conlcusion,
Brief history: I've hurt myself a month ago and I won't be doing any running whatsoever until any sort of pain is gone, after 2 weeks of rest I started the alfredson protocol and it apparently made the pain come back so I'm just wondering if it wouldn't be better to simply rest and wait...
QUESTIONS:
1) Wouldn't an achilles tendinopathy heal itself anyway in 3/4 months of rest (NO RUNNING)?
2) Is there anybody here who can honestly claim to have gotten 100% rid of achilles tendinopathy following the alfredson protocol?
by 100% I mean NO MORE PAIN not in the morning, not during or after running, not during or after jumping rope etc etc,
so I'm not talking about getting better folks, I'm talking about actually getting rid of it once and for all.
