I've known (or at least been around) a number of obese people in my life. It's actually pretty common to almost never see them eat. They tend to be very ashamed of their eating, and they eat a lot, so they try to eat in privacy. I knew one guy who could not stop once he started, so even at company dinners where the whole point was to eat, he would just sit there and not eat anything because if he started, he would start wolfing down food like the psychologically damaged animal he was (fat people are usually survivors of childhood abuse).
Anyway, I'm attracted to slightly thicker girls (not obese by any means), but I find I am often repulsed even by their habits. For most health conscious people, seeing overweight people impulsively stuff their face with garbage 10X/day is sad and vomit-inducing. I realize they're struggling, but it is difficult for me to wrap my mind around how much crap obese people consume. It's a full-time job. Food is on their mind literally every waking minute.
Try to have some compassion. These people are addicts trying to self-medicate. Some people use alcohol, others drugs, others exercise, and others food.
Where is your proof that "fat people are usually survivors of childhood abuse"? Is that why the U.S. population is getting "fatter"?
