Florence, Oregon is AMAZING! My personal fave is League City, though!!! Holy canolli!!!
Seems more like a quiz "Which city does not belong listed with the others?" Seriously, Houston?!
Houston is an ugly a$$ canker sore of a town built on a watery ditch that floods...
Houston would be among the worst.

Houston isn't even a city. It's just a street. It's okay, I guess, but I don't even think it's one of the cooler streets in the city.

I say you have to stand on the shore in Vancouver and look up at the mountains with the salt water below, averting your eyes from the zillions of high-rise apartment buildings in the West End. That is, unless your idea of a beautiful city is one with a lot of density and congestion. It was a lot more beautiful 40 years ago.
No dinero in Jeniro, de Niro.
