No. You are completely wrong and 800 dude is right. An energy return of greater than 100% is a physical impossibility. Unless those springs have energy that was previously stored in them before being compressed, they cannot return more energy than the compression put in them.
And in the real world even 100% kinetic energy return is impossible because some of the kinetic energy would convert to other forms of energy (most likely thermal) and would not push your foot back off the ground.
