Powell finished 4th. Will go home devastated.

Bolt goes down?
Talking like Yoda are you.
He was holding his groan
This.I have been noticing the same trend. Ever since that Aden bust we have big names dropping left and right. "Injured" and pulling out races etc. Probably not a coincidence.

Amazing how many big names are starting to turn up injured or not finish races following the Jama Aden bust in Spain.
You are so young...
Berian could have been pole axed by Nike if they wanted to,
Nike let off the throttle.
Berian defeated nobody.
Jamaica Finals not Usain certified.
Reminds me of the Jamaica Invitational about 3 years ago, when Jamaican athletes were bailing like flies after they heard that the IAAF, not Jamaica, would be responsible for drug testing at the meet.

I like this..they will still send him to Rio, he is the king Clown of track and field.
Every race we have seen from Bolt going back to the Worlds he is having to come from behind and barely pulling it out. I think the guy is done as far as the 100m goes. Time to go back to where he started, the 200m and stay there.

You're saying they didn't want to? Of course they did. They're pigs.
They stopped cause they were afraid of the bad press. Pigs have to be careful of that. Berian, with our help, defeated them.

I remember that, it was the weirdest thing, about half a dozen Jamaican athletes scratched the day before the meet.
Yes, the cost of bribing IAAF officials is much higher than bribing Jamaican officials.

Ha ha ha ha!
You are funny.
Yes, he will go see his Doctor, then, come back and bang! (I think I got that from Mike Breen of NBC).
Germany is always good for Bolt!
Shouldn't the title be 'DOWN GOES BOLT!'?

The problem with most conspiracy theories is the total lack of logic and common sense. Bolt could have flown back and forth to Germany countless times before this and would you have known? Why would he, or anyone, need to declare an injury before being sold a flight to Germany? You do know a person can travel to Germany without a doctor's note, right?

This is true. Nike could have framed Berian for being a pedo and had him tossed in the can for the rest of his life. Or sent him back to Africa.
They have more $$ than sense and ultimately will wind up screwing themselves.
Myopic and tone deaf, the deadly duo.
The eternal testament to the parlous state of modern journalism.
Upon whom did Bolt go down?
The headline begs the question.

Yes, an american can go to Germany without a doctor's note. But a Jamaican?
He needs a visa. And the visa needs to state the purpose of the visit. Without a doctor's note? "Oh, hi, I'm just here to see the remnants of the Berlin wall."
