No huge issues, replaced a wheel bearing a few years after hitting a cinder block on a highway
Had to replace the fuel pump which the mechanic said was extremely rare...bad luck.

Chevy what?
Unless it's a Volt, don't ever buy a Chevy.
This "Longest lasting trucks on the highway" thing they claim is bullshit. I see a million old Toyotas and Fords, some old Nissans and a few old Dodges. Maybe a handful of old Chevy trucks now and then. Then I see a Lumina from maybe ten years ago, and it's the biggest hoopty box out there. Complete garbage.

The irony is that chevys had the worst electrical systems going.
I have about 160,000 miles on a 2004 Suburban. I've had to replace most of the A/C system, water pump and starter. Plus all the regular maintenance stuff, like belts, brakes, light bulbs etc.
It's been a pretty good truck. But I'm starting to get the itch for something newer.
