I liked this quote form Nike.

"As a running company, we also recognize that this is a significant time for Boris and in light of the judge's decision to delay the ruling until June 28th, the eve of the Olympic Trials, we decided to eliminate this distraction for Boris."
Even if that quote is made up, it's a great PR statement. I mean maybe it's possible that Phil Knight woke up and said, "This is ridiculous. Would Prefontaine want us suing a top US runner to make him run for us?"
