No it didn't. It stopped raining before the mens race and didn't rain again.
So you weren't actually act the meet then? It rained on Thursday, stormed overnight and Friday morning, downpoured for 30-45 minutes late in the women's race and before the men's race. Somewhat muddy for the women, who chewed up the course and made things VERY muddy for the men. Easily a full minute slower for the 8K than times at Louisville, which ran very fast this year.
