Absolutely! Not worth paying to watch this race and I certainly won't be tuning in on TV. It would be more interesting if the BBC televised one of Mo's training sessions!
This is a good idea.
I think his training sessions are more interesting to watch.

Last week, Kamworor ran (and almost won Pre) in order to sharpen his 5k speed. When he comfortably hits halfway in the Rio 10k at ~13:15 to 13:20, where is Mo going to be? On his heels, or 10 meters back? And if Mo goes with the early pace, will he be able to kick in his usual way? I don't think so.
There's almost zero chance that the first 5k is under 13:30. 13:15? Cmon......
3 people in the entire history of the sport have run under 26:30 for 10k ... all set up as record attempts with pacers. Yet we are to believe that the Olympic final is going to be on that pace at halfway? Nope. Not even close.

Everybody KNOWS that unless the Olympic final is won in 26:30 then Farah is a slow hobbyjogger with only one tactic, the sit and kick! Bekele used to run all out from the gun and win the Olympics in 12:40 and 26:30 every time!
Metric Miler wrote:No way does Kamoworor end up the GOAT. He doesn't flow over the track like Bekele did, he runs like a cross country runner. No way does he ever run 26:17.
HM world record maybe but no where near the 10k WR.
Didn't Bekele run like a cross country runner. He is the all time greatest cross country runner to ever set foot on planet earth.
I think this bears repeating....
