Reebok pulled out of the elite running game a few years back, electing to focus on cross fit, mud runs, and other hoopla.
Oddly enough, the brand continued/continues to sponsor ZAP Fitness in NC (as well as Bobby Mack for a time), despite competitive running not featuring at all in its designs for the future of the company.
Having seen the flats, apparel, and spikes ZAP athletes use, however, I'd be very interested in shelling out for some Reebok competitive running gear. But as far as I know, none of it is available for public purchase.
1. Why is Reebok still sponsoring ZAP, as opposed to switching the group's sponsorship to Adidas, Reebok's parent company?
2. Is Reebok honestly producing competitive running gear exclusively for the handful of athletes who run for ZAP?
3. If so, can I find a way to acquire some of said gear?
