No but my friend used to. He put it on salads until I pointed out the damage to the bottom of his salad bowl all the acid caused.

I'm skeptical when it comes to anyone claiming something 'clears your allergies/strengthens your immune system/improves your skin.'
But I did start taking apple cider vinegar this year (because of the whole skin claims) and while I didn't notice any improvement with my skin on it, I did notice that for the first time, I didn't get sick all winter. So, either it's just a coincidence or maybe it really does strengthen your immune system. Who knows.
But I'm still taking it.

Calamari have the same acidosis as the ocean, the place from where all live creatures come. That's why it cures plantar fascitis. I know it sounds weird... But it worked for me!
+1
Note how Japanese runners can maintain much higher volume training than the rest of the world without breaking down due to regenerative properties of sea food generally.
Calamari seems to be the best seafood for maintaining its restorative properties through cooking process.
PS Feel like it's helped a little with hair regrowth, certainly feel I'm balding less since starting daily calamari

I started taking it for gout and almost cleaned the entire house tonight.

For the last 2 years I have been buying it in gallon bottles and bathing in it once a week. It works great. It has prevented me from catching cancer, ebola, or zika virus during that whole time. My running is about the same but compared to avoiding cancer it's worth it.
You don't catch cancer (although it sometimes catches you).

Um, ever hear of HPV?
You really talking about this stuff?
Its cheap on there and at every grocery store. You can make some real nice dressings, marinades, and overall tasty flavors with it so give it a try and look up some recipes.
Wife uses it for heartburn / acid reflux. Swears by it.
She made me try it, and I nearly vomited all over the bathroom counter. I would prefer heartburn.
ymmv

Funny thing: I put a banana in my ear and had the same results. No cancer, ebola or zika! Maybe we should combine our "preventative cures" and sell them on an infomercial?
There are so many douches on the board I'm surprised you all are not more familiar with vinegar.

Within literally hours of the first tablespoon of ACV the thing was half the size, and then after another tablespoon today it is back down to almost normal.
Uh huh. Yeah. A common food item "heals."
It couldn't have possibly been your body doing its job.
My wife read that drinking it would ease cold symptoms, so I tried it last time I had one. Swallowed that sour crap a few times a day and ABSOLUTELY ZERO EFFECT. F*ck that.
I don't even like it on salad. Sherry vinegar, red wine vinegar, a good balsamic, or lemon juice, are all superior. The only thing I use cider vinegar for is making BBQ sauce.

Strong candidate for post of the year.
That being said... I use apple cider vinegar to clean out my coffee-maker. It works great.

Eliptigo needs to sell vinegar.. and gun control. Too many guns! More gun control! Maybe a gun mount on an elipitgo
Let's get all the Internet Community Coordinator spam in one thread.
A lot of stupid trolling on this thread. I first used it to deal with night cramping in my calves after hard track sessions. Worked amazingly, despite my skepticism. Tried it for indigestion, mild headache, and most recently scratchy throat (early stage of a cold) and it seems to work quickly and efficiently. Stops sugar cravings in their tracks.
Looked at studies that show it's benefits in a broad number of areas (vinegar in various forms has been used for millenia in different cultures as a tonic). Considering that it is so cheap, and therefore unprofitable as a medicine or treatment, there is a lot of research to support its health benefits. Try it and see; no one is going to make a red cent off it either way.

Let's hope the FDA/drug companies haven't heard of this MIRACLE food.
Does it help if I use an elipitgo too?
Googling and Youtube are excellent and reliable sources for information???
Will it harm you? No
Will you improve? No
Case closed
What is the point of your mental resistance? Did your girl run off with an ACV salesman? It's cheap, it works for me. Try it and if it doesn't work, use it to clean your shower.

I had an ear infection. Satuated a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar and dripped some in my twice a day. Took advil for the discomfort. One week later, symptoms were either gone or greatly diminished. Have had these ear infections before. MDs give pain killers and anti-biotics. Takes about a week to clear up. All I know is that the ACV worked.
I had a gun shot wound on my leg. Took a spoon full of apple cider vinegar and I was up dancing the next .
