Throughout HS i've mainly been a middle distance-ish guy. I ran 4:35 in the mile, 1:59 in the 800. In my last dual meet I ran a 200m as a joke and won in 23.1. I am 5'9'' and barely 130 lbs should I start stepping up the weight and going to the gym to improve in the 400? My only training literally consists of aerobic runs (5 miles ish) and 400m repeats at 58-65.
PS before you say it: yeah my coach is an idiot lol
