I want to acheive a sub 10:00 2 mile by spring track (school training begins mid-late march)
I also want a low 4:40 mile and try to dip under into the 4:30's
currently i have a 2 mile PR of 10:18 during indoor and 4:50 for the mile (only ran the mile once)

Could somebody provide some base training I could beign starting feb 10 to mid-late march that would be effective for my events. I really want to run a good mile while being equallly effective in the 2 mile, maybe some 800m's here and there.
I have run some weeks of 60-65mpw before, currently at 35-42 due to late season races
