I've been looking through all of my catalogs and cannot find a company that has replacement spike wrenches. Nike has them listed in their Late Spring '05 catalog, yet, I cannot find them listed under nike.net.

I know this isn't the response you are looking for, but honestly small vice grips work much better anyway. Consider stocking them if you can't find a reasonable wholesale supplier.
I heard that there are magic spikewrench faries that visit specialty store employees at night and leave spike wrenches under their pillows...Hope this helps!
