Anyone think Mo is overstriding? I couldn't tell if it was just the grade of the road or camera quality.

Get your phone.
Go to the Google Play store or Apple store.
Get the NBC Sports app.
Press play.
You're depriving some village of their idiot.
Ayele isn't maintaining himself well. Farah will be able to pick him off.
Something does look weird about Farah for sure
35:55 at 8 miles. Kamworor, Karoki and Tola are out in front. Kamworor and Karoki doing the pushing.
Farah 10-15 seconds back
Kamworror and Karoki are tough - Mo is not.

Peres Jepchirchir wins women's race in 67:31 after dropping Cynthia Limo (67:35) on the final turn. Mary Wacera 3rd in 67:53 to give Kenya 1-2-3 sweep.
Would it be too much to ask to keep the Kenyans' names consistent? She was listed on start list as Peris Chepchirchir but today she was showing up in the broadcast as Peres Jechirchir.
Read the book "Two Hours" to understand Kenyan names.
Tola now dropped.
You OSU?
No more times? It's appalling they don't have a tracker for the Worlds like they have for any second rate marathon.
Another attack. Tola can't hold it!
last 5k 13.41!!
Karoki and Kamworor are using Rojo's strategy! They split apart to drop Tola and then got back together. Wow!

They're also giving us a preview of the last sections of the course.
Not straight site lines, which gives an advantage to the leader.
Yes. A good many turns.

Honestly, I doubt it took that much out of him. The pack wasn't exactly blazing. Do you remember how he opened World XC?
ARe you crazy? They went out in 14:07. So they are going out at 68 pace at the slowest. He caught them within a lap. Now he was in the middle of the pack so let's say he only makes up 5 seconds . SO he goes out in 62???
Did he say 13:41 for the last 5k?
that was badass
41:41 at 15K. 13:41 last 5k. It’s down to Kamworor and Karoki up front.
Farah 22 seconds back -- but still on PR pace according to announcer.
That is genuinely galactic clahss.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
