No sugar in your diet, sounds like a lot of fun. I guess I'll stop eating all candy, cookies, chocolate, cereal, ice cream and I'll start eating rawhide leather. Loosen up fellas, some Jelly Belly's aren't going to make you or break you. Honestly, probably 40-50% of my daily caloric intake is from white sugar. While I know this is too much, I enjoy my life, and my training is just fine. Let's loosen up a bit people.

Stop the sugar, it always makes me feel shi**y. There is NO need to eat white sugar. Use pure-fruit preserves on your toast, the no added sugar kind, NOT the artificial sweetener kind.
Good advice. I'll echo. Quit with the sugar. And, you could use more protein. Lots of ways to get it. Peanuts, sugar free peanut butter, beans, eggs, cheese, yogurt, and meat of course. Chicken has tryptophan also, but WAY less than turkey. Lean cuts of beef and pork are acceptable sources of protein too.
