I have recently started doing workouts again but it seems to be that my shins on both legs tighten which really hampers my leg turnover. I did a workout in my 833's nb and my shins were tight. These shoes might be a half size to big. My shins are loose and tighten as the workout goes on. Is it possible that my shoes are too heavy for my small frame to run on the track with or I am not use to workouts on the track after my layoff? Thanks for any replies.
