Hey everyone,
I'm starting off a new year by changing two aspects of my running. After much thought, reading, and some purchases, i have decided to follow HADD's running plan, or the steps he has given us, to develop. I will also be running in nike zoom waffles most of the time, or barefoot when the weather and setting allows.
I thought some people might be interested in knowing how it comes along; if anyone is, give me an email, and i can send you some running logs or some other kind of update as i go.
