checked the entries lists to make my predictions a little better
the mile is centro vs pablo solares vs cory leslie. solares is rowbury's husband btw. anyway, centro wins obviously, probably about 3:55-3:56. he put 3:55.0 as an entry time. brandon hudgins is the only other sub-4 guy in the race, if i remember correctly he first broke 4 at one of those small new england mile races last summer. (hoka meet?)
W800 - melissa bishop, 1:57 last year, vs phoebe wright. bishop should win easily if she's in half decent shape. 2:02 is my guess
M800 - cas loxsom, brandon johnson, ryan martin. cas should win easily, 1:48 probably. his indoor PR is just 1:50 apparently? according to entries
Wmile - rowbury FTW, kampf, lauren johnson, stephanie garcia and heidi see. garcia just ran 4:28 against conley and kate grace, so i assume she's hungry for another sub-4:30 race. i'll call rowbury 4:28
M3000 - g. heath, lawi lalang, curtin, atchoo, drew hunter, and chris derrick's little brother mark. hopefully hunter can get behind some of the collegiates on 7:59 pace. i think lalang could beat heath but totally depends on the race. havent seen much from lawi recently and we know heath is in good XC shape. 7:47 winning time from lawi or garrett.
W3000 is a bunch of mid-d ladies going up. mackey, gallagher, schneider, j tonn, plus alexi pappas. probably gonna be a 9:05 race, mackey FTW.
M60mH, can eaton beat the pro hurdlers? aleec harris, j rich, d oliver. hurdlers usually take a lot of time to get the form down, but eaton's a freak so i'm voting eaton FTW. 7.60
