Ritz--long video interview with Carrie Tollefson now up

No surprise but sounds like he is done physically and mentally w track. If he doesn't make the team, it will be interesting to see if he even bothers making an effort to make 10k team

I love Tollefson's accent. Always reminds me of Stewart's mom from that Mad TV skit. Carrie is also one of the nicest and most genuine people you'll ever be around as well.

Ritz still could make a good living on the road. I still believe he can stay healthy he got some more 2:08 ish marathons in him.

Still showed last winter he is still a podium finisher in top cross country meets domestic and foreign.

Meb only had 8 years as a pro, they were just spread out with large gaps in between where he did nothing

Carrie is the Howard Stern of running interviewing...she's good...not sure how ESPN has not signed her, all kidding aside...she could be the next Erin Andrews...kept it up Carrie!
