I'm going to be a freshman in college. I am a 5'9'' male and weigh 150 pounds. i run 85mpw. The college that I attend lists the calorie information of all the food they serve. I am just trying to get a good idea so I can improve my diet. Thanks a lot.
I would say between 3k to 3.5k per day.
Here is some info:
If you run 10mph pace for one hour you burn about 1k calories (plus/minus based on your weight and other factors)
And there are basically 3 factors that influence how many calories you need per day:
basal metabolic rate
thermic effect of food
