Hi fellow runners!

I'm currently conducting some research to identify psychological strategies that relate to improved quality and increased quantity of athletic practice for my masters at the University of Ottawa.

This has the potential to identify psychological strategies and may allow sport coaches and athletes to maximize their practice time, performance and their overall experience in sport.

I would really appreciate it if you helped me out and filled out this 15 minute survey. (Must be actively competing, over 18 and residing in North America)

What does "competitive athlete" mean? Any person who competes in their field, but not professionally?

Yes, it just means you partake in events / race regularly. It can be at any level!
