I am a Junior in HS and my XC season just ended before our big championship. I fell at the last race and came 8th on the team (I was #5) and my season was over. Now looking ahead to track season (which is 23 weeks or so) I have a couple of goals..
- Break our school 2 mile record (10:30)
- Be the fastest on our team
- (this is a dream goal) Win Europeans (sub 10:15)
Ive never really trained in the off season so wouldnt really know how to do it. I would really appreciate some ideas or so for achieving these goals.
