Hi, I'm a hs junior. 2 weeks ago i got hurt and was unable to run until today. I missed my conference race (which I could have won) and now I'm supposed to run regionals on Saturday. In my time off i have done some hard biking and swimming workouts, but not as much as i could have. How bad will i do at regionals? Originally I wanted to win. The #1 runs a 15:59 and i only run a 16:38, but in the times ive raced them this season they've only beaten my by 1-2 seconds, and I beat another 15:59 guy. Our team has only raced pretty tough courses so far. They ran those times on the course for regionals. Do I still have a chance?
