Hi, I recently took the advice of letrun and joined my XC team at the start of the school year. In 2 months my 5k has gone from 20:20 to 18:45. II have around a month of XCleft then training for track. My current coach believes if I put in as much work as I have during XC I could runa 4:40 mile in track, do you see this as reasonable or not?
