Im a hs senior with a 4:31 mile pr from my junior indoor season, 2:01 in the 800 and 54 in the 400, over the summer i ran 50 to 70 miles a week, less miles than i did last summer, what SHOULD I be running for a 5k on a cross course because i havent been running as well as i want to be and i am simply curious to see what people think i should run for 5k on the trails based on my track times
