So this xc season is my last season in highschool, im going to be a senior and this is the first summer that i have actually took training serious, running 8 miles a day by the time preseason had come around. My previous times were 20:40 9th, 17:25 10th, 16:50 11th, these times were all with little to no training in the summer (talking about maybe 3 5 mile runs a week or less) so what do u think i could run this xc season? On the track my prs were, 400 55, 800 2:02, 1600 4:34, 3200 10:10 any input would be helpful thanks
