Things are well underway in the Weltklasse Zurich Meeting. Yesterday, Shawn Barber set a Canadian Indoor Record of 5.92. The Competition was held inside a train station.
As of right now, there are three DL competitions ongoing: W Shot Put, M DIscus, and W Long Jump.
Schwanitz will win the DL, and is currently leading the competition with 19.91m over WC Bronze medalist Michelle Carter in 19.12m
Urbanek beat Malachowski in the discus but Malachowski will win the DL. Both threw 65m today, 3m off Mal's WL of 68m
Spanovic currently is ahead of Tianna Bartoletta in the competition, but the former will win the DL. Proctor is in 3rd after 4/6 attempts. All 3 jumped over 7m in Beijing, but nobody has done it yet today.
The first elite track event starts in 60min (W 400mH)

the meet should be live on watchathletics.com -
The steeple is loaded. I hope they don't just repeat the WCs. I'd like to see them go for a record. This is one of the deepest fields and best opportunities to do so.
-
Sub 8 or bust for Jager? AR or bust for Simpson? Should be a fun afternoon.
-
I want to see a women's 3000m WR. It is completely possible if Ayana, Dibaba, and Cheruiyot (14:20 5k) go from the gun. But, given how recent WC were, I doubt this will happen.
-
I wouldn't be shocked if Dibaba ran around 8:10. I doubt we'll see a WR. But then again I thought the same about the 1500. Should be good!

The tv window starts at 2 pm ET. There already has been some good field action.
In the discus, Robert Ubanek got the win (65.78) but world champ Piotr Malachowski got into the top 3 on the 5th round to secure the $40,000 DL jackpot (he moved into 2nd in the sixth round at 65.04).
Women's long jump: Ivana SPANOVIĆ won at 7.02 but Bartoletta picked up the $40k by showing up. She was 2nd with 6.97. -
Don't know what you are talking about when you say it will be on BeIN TV. It most certainly is not...
