Then somebody please tell me, why a guy who is still in his 20's, and ran under 28 for a 10k, can not break 58 for the 20k? I mean I have run this course. It's flat and fast. I have run 1:06:+ here in my early 30's back in the day. And, I was a 15:45-16:00 5k guy.
