Kiprop on his 3:26, "In Monaco, the pacing was great, the weather conditions were good, and it came at the right time of the season..."

What flubber theory?
People in another thread speculating that the track is illegally bouncy and at least one poster thinks that a layer of extra bouncy 'flubber' may have been laid beneath the surface as part of some conspiracy to make the IAAF's home track the fastest.
Too bad Kiprop doesn't have bad wigins as his coach. He could be running under 4:00 for 1500m by now, and on a "non-cheating" rubberized asphalt 440y track!
This thread is lame without Willis up in Flagstaff
