Thinking about getting my grad degree. Competed 4 years for NCAA D3 school. Its been 4 years since i got my undergrad. If go back to school at NAIA school would I be able to compete in XC and Track and Field?

So I could compete in D2 after competing in D3 for 4 years?
nope, you get 4 years of eligibility. If you redshirted, you'd have a year left.
You are done - 4 years only
so no NAIA either?
Nope, having a degree disqualifies you.
Having a degree doesn't disqualify you. Using four years of eligibility does

Obviously listen to this guy.
I thought the same thing. The exception for grad school is if you also did your undergrad at that [NAIA] school. But NAIA standards are not that different than D2 in this regard. 10 semesters of full time enrollment and your eligibility expires as well as if you competed all 4 years. D2 and NAIA appear lenient only because there is no age restriction.
You sound like a good fit for a club team.
Don't make this mistake; don't spend money on college just to run man...
This has kind of already been said, but that isn't possible. In the NAIA, you are allowed five seasons from when you started competing, meaning that you can have a redshirt year and four years of competition. There are essentially the same rules as in NCAA, though I'm not sure if a year of sitting out is needed after a transfer.
My coach told me at one point that in order to compete at a grad level in the NAIA, it has to be at the same school as your undergrad was at. He isn't always super reliable with information though.

Nope, he's wrong. Having a college degree disqualifies you.
