Heard Rochester got a new coach, can anyone confirm?

Pshaw, Podrick is going to to be the lover Sansa always deserved while Dany marries Rickon and Jon Snow joins the army of the Dead only to betray the Night's King and save the world
I don't know how people have been mentioning Fazio but not SLU's Caulfield FTW. Both had impressive fall seasons but Fazio was MIA in track and Caulfield was guns blazing with multiple sub 15 min 5k's and a few 14:40 5k's. I would give the advantage to him.
Overall I see yet another weaker year from the region. I think Geneseo, SLU, RPI and Oneonta are the 4 strongest teams in that order but after them there is a steep drop off. The only 2 teams that can be close if they have a good season are Ithaca and NYU. RIT after being 10th last year will continue to improve with their young team.

Word on the street is that legendary cortland alumni Pat Fannon is returning to the region in a coaching capacity despite widespread pleas to comeback and run. I have also heard instead of trying to qualify for nationals, Coach Fannon will lead his team to the coveted most attractive team in the Atlantic region title
Why did Hitchcock from IC miss the track season? Study abroad? Studying a broad? Injured? I saw he ran a couple indoor meets unattached.

Hitchcock spent the spring semester on a dangerous quest to return the one ring to the fires of Mt. Doom in Mordor
I have received inside information that Sawyer HobbyJoggerSuckMyCock has been in a remote location at Ithaca training at altitude in what is believed to be called "The Sniper Tower". Rumor has it that Sawyer was isolated from human contact other than to run a few meets indoors. I also heard that he went insane while up there. I know for a fact that he is ready to run 200 mile weeks while maintaining high JPD's (peaking out in the triple digits!!). If I know anything about preparing for a season, I would bet Sawyer will be in good shape.

Which broad did he study? Oooooooooooooooooooooooo
so which one(s) of the big dogs can be predicted to absolutely poop the bed at regionals?
Caufield has been struggling with an Achilles problem since track, so I would put my money on a top 10 finish but not number 1. However, Joe Smith is my secret favorite, he will certainly give Fazio a run for his money, and I predict he will beat him and win the individual title, en route to a SLU team victory.
The real question will be which of the Fredonia minions will rise to prominence now that King Frat Boy (Zakk Hess) is gone? I have heard from a few knowledgeable sources that prior to his siiick 8:20 3K indoors he preformed an impressive Keg Stand. If another one of the Fr@t Boiz figure it out the AR may be in trouble.
Also, rumor has it Dan Jones of RIT is looking hotter than Bruce Jenner's photoshoot.
The actual top 10 teams:
1)RPI (Has been improving a lot year to year, but I'm hesitant to put them at 1 due to their lackluster track season. Only reason I'm doing so is because Jacob Andrew confirmed will be returning to the team for his 5th year. Heard it from a buddy of mine on the team.)
2)SLU (lost big dong and smolinski, the "heart and soul of their team")
3)Oneonta (another team that's been getting better and better each year and really had some solid track performances)
4)Geneseo (1st team out of nationals, blew up last year)
5)Ithaca (very underrated may even beat Cortland. Very impressive track season)
6)Cortland (lost their 1,2 punch)
7) Rowan (impressive track seasons. Have some good talent. Don't know if their track will translate to XC)
8) NYU (don't have anymore big names)
9) Rochester (will have solid 1, 2 but that's about it)
10) Hamilton (always are somewhat decent)
When is someone going to do the in depth rankings with the entire predicted top 5 for the top 7 teams with their xc and track times

I think your analysis of geneseo is well off. everyone knows they're always really good, even at regionals, and then wait until nationals to absolutely shit the bed. Also worth noting their beloved coach retired, so maybe this trend will change, but most likely they'll just be shit all season instead, except for their all region hair team favorite alfredo mazzuca. Also, RPI is ass, SLU might actually be something decent after proving last year their capable of placing at nationals within 15 places of their week 1 rankings. Oneonta isn't good, neither is Ithaca or Rowan. The only reason we even spoke about Oneonta last year is because the rest of the region was a disgrace. Ithaca Rowan and RPI have never been successful. Cortland and NYU have a chance just based off of their history of success.
I will give a runner a $100 bill if he slithers across the regionals finish line on his belly like a snake.
No loopholes allowed. The runner must be a competitor in the Atlantic Region championship race and complete the task during his official Atlantic Region championship race finish.
