Hi, I am a high school junior girl who would really like to qualify for New Balance Nationals next year in either the mile or two mile. Currently, my 1500m PR is 5:09 and my 3000m PR is 11:24. To qualify for nationals, I must hit 4:46 in the 1500m and 10:22 in the 3000m. Just wondering which would be easier to hit, and if anyone has suggestions to do so. Thanks!
By the way, I just started running the 3k this past spring and raced it twice, while I have raced the 1500m frequently.
