So next year will be my junior year in high school, and I was wondering if it's too late to start high/long/triple jump for spring track? Like I feel like most people who do those events start as freshman AND aware already incredibly fast. I'm verrrry slow (my 100 time as a sophmore was 16.0) so idk should I try those events?
Also how do I train for them right now in the offseason? I have no coach go talk to so I'm lost
