This is a very vague question. How many miles per week were you running when you ran the 18:00? How much speed work were you doing at that time? But I don't think 2 months time is enough time for a base phase, then a strength phase, and a speed phase. Most successful training plans are between 16-24 weeks long, with a few exceptions
