Tremendous race for Bernard Lagat. That Ethiopian is no damn 17 year old. I'll eat my shoe if he's 17.

Go to page 1 of this thread.
Rupp's last lap was a 57? Meh...Good but he can do better. At least he beat Lagat.
Will the coming WR in the women's 5k the first in Eugene?

I would hardly call Rupp's race a fail. He ran tough and beat Lagat (and most of the rest of the field). I'll admit his kick isn't quite there, but he hasn't raced in months so it's not too concerning. I'd say he's probably pleased with that effort.
We had the wrong results link up. It's now here:

Did you guys see Kejelcha not even know where to line up when they were sent to their marks? The dude seems young and like a tall lanky teenager to me.
17? Maybe not, but nothing would be surprising to me about him being under 20.
First time in a while I've been more excited for a 10k thana 5k. This field is LOADED. So many storylines going on here.

Seriously though... this is why people hate Rupp
That is what happens when a runner spends a career ducking competition, beating up on college runners while the comp are testing each other.
Absolutely useless in a tactical 5000. Handed it to the faster kicker rather than grinding from 1200 out when he could have.
No. Heart.
Anyone else see that person on the outside waterfall cut in immediately? I went back after thinking it was Kamworor initially, but I think it was some Ethiopian actually.
Like the announcers said, if the 5000 was won in 1310, no way Farah is running 2630. Kamworor ftw in 2700.

Pacer.
Did those guys in the 10 000m just go out faster than the 5000m?
Farah running a 10k in middle distance spikes....I think Salazar may have jumped the shark with this one. Guess we'll see how it pans out.
I hate watching Rupp race, Its so obvious he is a doper like D. Baumann.
Mo's not mess'in around. Could be quick. Under 26:42?
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
