right now i can run a mile in 9:32, and i can run a 1.5 mile in 15;54 minutes
i am planning to join the coast guard in a couple months and one of the requirements is to run a 1.5 mile under 12 minutes. will it be possible to lower my 1.5 mile time by 3-4 minutes by september
i run like 3-4 times a week.
