I am a Jr. High Coach and I would like to get my young runners going on to high school a bit of a gift for their time in my program.
There are probably a handful that ran all year that I would like to reward.
Maybe a book something? Any ideas?

Maybe a training log they could use over the summer.
You could possibly find elements in the school colors, that would be cheep and easy.
A participation trophy
A copy of the movie "McFarland" which is available June 2nd on Amazon. Copy of "Fire on the Track- Steve Prefontaine Story". On July 15th the novel "Racing the Rain" by John L. Parker will also be available (guess you'd mail it as school would be out.)
A book? Like running w the buffaloes, or Once a Runner, something that would motivate them. Maybe a Running Times or T&F News subscription for the MVP to build their scholarship of the sport. I imagine your budget isn't that big; you can find books pretty cheap on Amazon.
