Not only that but also all the repetitive bouncing mile after mile will make them sag prematurely. If you want to tone them so they'll remain firm for years to come, CrossFit is your answer.

Running has no place in Obama's American because it requires hardwork and commitment. Also the government can't provide handouts that would improve your performance. Also being fit and healthy makes you harder to control.
Can we ban posts about the CrossFit BS? Nobody cares, and nobody thinks you're an athlete.

Why not? Plenty of others do today.

I know your trolling but I'll bite.
I provided reasoning for parents to have their daughters chose CrossFit over running to achieve a more balanced PHYSIQUE as well as allowing them to eat a healthy diet high in protein/healthy fats (paleo style). This has shown to improve bone density. Say goodbye to stress fractures.

Wow a conservative got further into a sentence without misspelling the United States of America than I expected.
Bravo.
Hey dad,
Glad you decided to pull your girl out of running.
I met this girl at a frat party. She said she had a twin that went to the same school but that she couldn't make it to the party because she had a track meet the next day. The girl said she used to run but she stopped and joined a sorority instead.
That night I taught her how to pole vault Chobo the Hobo.
Best decision you ever made.
Sincerely,
Chobo the Hobo

It's not good for them. Is promotes stress fractures, eating disorders, perfectionism, depression, and low self esteem.
Not only that, but there are so many women running nowadays the roads are slippery from all the vaginas that fell out.

Another poor troll attempt.
Fact is, many female elite runners don't get their period because their body isn't healthy enough/ready to get pregnant. This is clearly against evolution.
Fact is also that men look for bodacious women with T and A and ignore runner chicks if they can.
In Xfit I see some chicks with deep.voices and hair on their chin.
HAWT!

Against evolution? WTF is that supposed to mean?

In Xfit, the goal is to make everybody muscle-bound andro species. Men and women become one. That is evolution.

Every crossfit HoChick I see has already had implants and lipo. Not as healthy as running.
Im a teenage girl who goes on this site a lot actually (I know nobody is going to believe this) but you are totally right. I am a runner (very good actually: sub 5 1600, sub 10:30 3200, sub 17 5km) and your description fits me perfectly. I will never be able to eat normally because of the disordered patterns the perfectionism associated with running my best have given me with food. I have depression. I have zero self confidence and I never feel good enough. Thank you concerned dad for writing this post.
Running isn't the problem. You need to do other stuff too.

Why the hating? These girls work hard for the results and sometimes, it takes a little extra work to get to that perfect 10 appearance. For us men, it's easy, just lift hard and heavy, but for women, working out doesn't always get you there.
Who are we to judge. If it elevates the girls self confidence looking like a 10 rather than a 8-9, it may be worth it.

Well, stop running then. Seems simple enough.
Women on steroids are HAWTEST without boobs and short haircuts.
They gotta lift hard and heavy and get the good test stuff.

Stop running competitively and get help. Life is too short to live like that.

Honest questions:
Does the perfectionism and eating craziness happen outside of your running cohorts?
Are your teammates good friends that treat you well and you can trust?
What's the coach's role/knowledge in this environment?
Seriously, take a break and sort out your issues now. The behaviour can be pretty tough to modify if you keep living as you describe.
