The penalty they received is too lenient, it should have been a year, and it doesn't even matter the vast majority of football fans know this organization is a tainted one.
Quite the opposite. This report makes it pretty clear that the Wells report is full of hot air. If anything the penalties should be revoked, Pats given $1 million dollars from the NFL, get extra draft picks, and Tom Brady should be given some sort of compensation for thinking he might miss games.
